Hi, I didn’t realise until reading that an air fryer is required (we do t have one). Can you suggest cooking times and temperatures for using an oven instead. Thanks

Apologies just replied this was regarding the chickpeas, I confused it with a different recipe oops. For chickpeas I’d roast them for around 20 mins at 200, or these can be pan fried too, for around 10-12 mins

Hey yes of course! I’ll make sure to include that in every recipe moving forward, for the sweet potato using an oven, I personally would boil them for 5-6 minutes first (helps soften them and they won’t take as long to cook) then I’d put them in the oven for around 20-25 minutes 190 xx
