Notes

I made the batch of chipotle chicken filler, which can be used in multiple recipes, I used it in both this recipe and the chipotle chicken pasta salad.

When do you add the sweetcorn, pepper & onion? And do you add any sauce after you’ve cooked the chicken?

Once it’s cooked, sorry I must have deleted that step by accident as it was definitely there before! Just mix all in a bowl or container and leave it stored in the fridge until you’re ready to eat! But I don’t always add extra sauce, sometimes maybe a spoon of yoghurt! Xx

I made this for my lunches this week and I'm really glad I did. Really tasty and filling. Forgot to take a picture before I started eating it 🙈

Hiya apologies for the delay. I am just catching up on messages after the bank holiday, you can cook the chicken however you wish, I tend to use my airfryer for speed, but oven or pan frying works too x
