Disney-Style Cheeseburger Spring Rolls 🍔

If you know me, you know I love Disney. This is one of my favourite Disney World snacks, so I had to come up with a version to give you all on here. It's a little faffy, but so worth it for a fun weekend fakeaway.

Step 1

Heat a frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the beef mince and cook until browned, breaking it up very finely as it cooks. Add the onion and cook for another few minutes until softened. Add the garlic, ketchup, pickles, mustard, smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Cook for another 1–2 minutes until everything is well combined. Then add the cheese slices with a splash of water so they melt through the beef.

I made these and the pepperoni pizza springs rolls. Absolutely stunning. I need some practice with the spring roll wrapper though and making them more presentable 😂
