Super tasty and family enjoyed this but the calories are out by around 200 so is coming in at 760 instead which is quite a significant jump. I’ve added ingredients separately into my fitness pal and cross checked with supermarket website.

It can also depend on the size of the eggs, brand of noodles and sauces etc that are used, when I initially create the recipes I work out the calories and then once I’ve got the ingredients I scan it into my fitness pal and mine was coming up at over 600 at first, but once I scanned the brands I used this is the calories it came out too. xx

Not sure whether you can but suggested brands or supermarkets you use would be fab. Thanks for replying too 😊

I can add links to the bottom of recipes, so I’ll start doing that for recipes like this to make it more accurate and I’ll state in each recipe the brands too! I’ll try and add it to the notes of each recipe! You’re welcome, I want to make sure things are correct and people are happy 🥰

The recipe itself was delicious however maybe slightly less flavour for my taste buds and the noodles went a bit mushy. I’d definitely make it again and make a few tweaks though x

I struggled with the noodles the first time too, its best to slightly undercook them with the prep before adding to the sauce. This is definitely one of the dishes, where its catered to your taste, my husband wanted more spice with his and I like more soy sauce with my dinners, so its always good to keep extra sauces on hand too lol x
