I couldn’t find oat flour anywhere so used buckwheat flour and my mixture just stayed wet & sticky! Would you recommend just normal rolled oats instead or a different type of flour? Thanks!

Hi lovely! For oat flour I normally just use regular rolled oats and blitz it in a blender to make a fine flour! Xx

What a great snack! Took this for date night for my boyfriend to try as he loves peanut butter. I had a taste test and love the crunch . Another fab recipe!
