Absolutely banging dish! Added more veggies and pak choi. Fabulous recipe and easy to follow. One small mistake on the beef method (chilli is duplicated twice)

ooo pak choi is a good choice!! and I do add both amounts of chilli flakes to mine :) unless its somewhere else too and I am missing it? xx

How would you recommend cooking the green beans? I never cook them but they look so good paired with this and I’m going to make it tonight! X

If you want to make them a bit tastier, boil them for 2-3 minutes until they are slightly soft! Run under cold water and then fry them off with a little garlic and spray oil just before you’re ready to serve! Xx

The sauce was quite rich, I will put less hoisin in next time. Apart from that very enjoyable dish.

it is quite a rich dish, I also find sometimes different brand hoisin can vary as some are a bit runnier/ less rich than others x
