Hi, I made this yesterday as per instructions for x1 (40g oats etc) as it states to split into 2 bowls, does that mean the nutritional info is for the whole mix (40g oats) or half? Hope that makes sense x

Hi I made this recipe for two portions, the calories listed are always for 1 portion. In the method I split this into two bowls because it was made for two, you wouldn’t split it if just making for 1 xx

I think when the recipe is update it adjusts the quantities for you, but not the method, so moving forward if you ever see anything like this where it’s being split into two dishes and hr original recipe served two. You will only need one dish xx

I think the More Nutrition protein powder is some of the nicest tasting, it doesnt have that really artificial taste that some other brands have. I did used to do some work with them and I previously had a discount code (it might not work anymore) but if you want to give it a go, my code was KIMBERLY x

Can I make these without protein powder? It’s not something I use and wouldn’t know where start with it 😁

Yes you can skip the protein! I would normally add a little less milk if not using protein powder x
