Really lovely! Accidentally put too much soy in with the chicken but it didn’t matter as the sauce counteracted it, but so good! Will definitely be making this again!

I’m cooking this tonight but I’ve no hoisin sauce. Do you think it will make a huge difference if I don’t add it ? X

If you have any brown sugar or honey, i would mix that into the sauce. Do 2 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp oyster sauce,1 tbsp of honey, brown sugar, or maple syrup and a pinch of Chinese five-spice if you have that xx

Not daft at all, it’s just dried paprika and dried garlic, mix them together to add to the chicken :) x
